LOS ALAMITOS, California

This city is right next door to Long Beach and offers the same amenities as its larger neighbor.  It too is composed of several different types of neighborhoods: Rossmoor is an unincorporated area of Los Alamitos and is an area of some 3,700 tract homes.  Built in the late 1950's with large lots, wide street, and lots of boulevard trees, featuring several different floor plans.  Many of these homes (on 6,500 plus square foot lots) are being torn down and large and lovely new homes are being erected on the lot.

The City features several commercial areas. 

The Los Alamitos Unified School District encompasses Seal Beach and parts of Cypress and is considered to be an outstanding District.  This school district attracts many people to the neighborhood and you is often the reason people are looking in Los Alamitos for a home.

Featuring many types of housing, rental apartments, condominiums, single family homes, you'll find everybody from young singles to families that have been in Rossmoor since the homes were first build.  This is a wonderful dynamic city and we think you should check it out further!
